Use Step 1: the underarm bar in the shower every morning before deodorant application. To maximize the bacteria-eliminating power of the charcoal bar soap, lather the bar and then massage in the underarm area for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. 
If you have underarm hair, massage for 30 seconds. For best results, let the rich lather sit oon the underarms for a while before rinsing off. 

Follow with Step 2: the charcoal deodorant to manage odor throughout the day.

Shower with the underarm bar each morning prior to applying the takesumi detox® charcoal deodorant.

The soap can last anywhere from2-4 months.Remember, it is a natural soap so it should not be left sitting in water.

You can store the ingrown bar on anysoap dish, or shower rack. If possible, you should store it outside the shower to keep it away from moisture and allow it to dry between uses.

I love this stuff

I changed my grooming routine last year due to stinky pitts. I upgraded to the system with this soap bar, detox déodorant and thé companion powder. No moré stinky Pitts!

Really works!

I had developed under arm odor, even after my shower that was very distressing. I tried changing soaps. I tried some other remedies, and when I worked was taking straight apple cider vinegar and putting it on a cotton ball and applying to my under arms that seem to help. Armed with that knowledge, I looked for a soap with that apple cider vinegar in it. I found it here I was already using their deodorant, which I was very fond of so this was just a natural and incredibly it works really well.

This is a Must Have!

This is everything I wanted and didn't know I needed! Recently started getting irritations and break outs in my eyebrows. Weird right? Well turns out it's actually ingrown hairs. This magic bar completely stopped this and helped heal the effected areas! I have rediculously sensitive skin and have had only positive results, absolutelty love this!!

Too complicated

I received a sample and have tried it a few times. I’m not sure I feel a huge difference but there is certainly a difference. The challenge I have is with the bar itself. Shampoo bars, conditioner bars, body bars, like all serve a purpose in the shower. But this is only an underarm bar, that’s not supposed to stored in the shower, shouldn’t be stored under wet conditions, but can be stored on a soap dish…I mean…how complicated. It’s one thing if this bar was in a case that was like a deodorant. Just easier to bring around, easier to store, easier to grab. But who needs another bar?
